Ms. Dewi is the co-founder and director of PT AIM for English, a leading provider of Business English training for companies in Jakarta, established almost two decades ago in late 2006. After earning her degree in Industrial Electronics from the University of Indonesia in 1999, she found her passion for the English language and teaching, which led her to change her career path from engineering to education. She gained her teaching qualifications from both local and international institutions, including the well-known Cambridge CELTA certification in 2005. In 2021, Ms. Dewi started a new journey as a certified coach, trained as LOOP Certified Advanced Corporate Coach and earned the respected Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF Global).

 As a coach, Ms. Dewi works with a wide range of clients, from employees to top executives, helping them gain new insights and develop strategies to reach their personal and professional goals. With almost 24 years of professional experience, she brings valuable knowledge, understanding, and practical skills to every coaching session. Today, Ms. Dewi is focused on her passion: managing AIM, delivering meaningful training sessions, mentoring, and helping individuals grow and succeed. Her strong dedication to supporting others makes her a trusted guide for personal and professional growth.
